"Application not found" after Deactivating Ultra Stamina Mode

Regardless of whether the app is in the SD Card or not, they won't open up. (Even my Play Store is gone, Backup & Restore too)

However, it seems as though the apps are still identified by the system, I've tried rebooting too many times already and activating then deactiving Ultra Stamina mode again and again... I can't fix it even with Sony PC Companion's restore function:

Any help would be really appreciated, Xperia Z1 C6903 running on the latest Lollipop update14.5.A.0.270.

Hi everyone,

I activated Ultra stamina Mode and it was ok, but after I deactivate Ultra Stamina Mode my phone became messy

and I can't see my apps. Even google play store is not visable! and sometimes there a note says: unfortunatlly google play services has stopped.

when I go to (SETTING>> STORAGE>> APPS) I can see all of my apps but the only choice there is (force stop or uninstall).
