Problems with instagram stories

I don’t know why i can’t zoom ma ig stories, i tried everything but it doesn’t work anything. Please il you know how to solve the problem or ig you the same problem, answer me.

Welcome to the community! 

If you are only experiencing issues with Instagram, we are fairly limited to what we can advise as this is a third party application. 

I would advise, if you haven't already, clearing data from the application. Go to settings > apps > Instagram > storage > clear data

Once you have done this try using the application again and see if you still experience issues. If you still have problems, I would advise uninstalling and then reinstalling the app.
