Hi everyone, my smartphone is not charging anymore ... This morning I came out and I realized that I had the 4% unloading smartphone, unfortunately it was completely discharged and turned off. As soon as I got home I connected the charger and came out the "lightning" indicating that the smartphone was charging. After about 30 minutes I went to check it and noticed that the smartphone was not loading! I changed the usb cable, power adapter and connected to the PC but nothing ... I also tried to hold down the power button for a few minutes but nothing. The xperia z3 + has no custom edited and even administrator permissions ... Maybe the battery is gone ??

Does the notification LED turn on at all?

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you try to force restart your device, to do so; press and hold the volume up and on/off key simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. After that try to charge your device, as @uliwooly asked does the LED light turn on? Note that if you battery is completely discharged it may take up to 30 minutes before you phone indicates that it is charging.

I would also recommend that you temporarily remove any SD and SIM card from your device to make sure they are not causing this behavior.
