Problem with contacts

Hi All,

I had to restore the factory settings to my z2 , i did a backup and then reseted the phone.

after the phone got up , i restored the backup , all of my data returend fine exept the contacts.

for a second i can see them but then they dissapear and in my contacts all i can see is ICE and myself.

i checked the filter area and ther is no filter.

Please help...

yes im sure, ive also checked it in the backup itself (in the arrow).

i dont know what happend but have you seen when the restore proces install contact?

how can i see where he restore the backup?

tell me did u do that using pc or phone

i used the backup option of the phone , and tried the restore also from the phone.

i just tried that in safe mode but it didnt work , the contacts are restored but after a second the dissapear.

i just figured it out : before i restored the backup, ive turnd off the sync option.

When i turned it up, all my contacts returned.....
