Pop out app problem after latest update

Hi, there are 2 issues tat annoys me lately & can't seem to find the solutions to disable such issues.

1. Lately, there are a lot of adverts tat pop out, especially when apps are open ed & it stays there for a few seconds. Please assist in providing me woth some solutions to disbale it indefinitely. 

2. Everytime I turn on the phone, there is a massage tat states tat Android is optimizing & I'll hv to wait fr at least 10-15mins fr 2 apps optimization then only the phone loads. Unable to use my phone during tat time or disable it in order to use the phone immediately. Furthermore, it is a bummer tat I do not know which r the 2 apps r causing this.

Any suggestions or advise wud b great. Thanks in advance.

The ads issue is definitely caused by a 3rd party app you installed recently, so try to find out which one it is. The second issue looks the same as the 1st one.

I'd suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup. When restoring your apps, install them fresh for Google Play store and check after each app if you get any adds.
