Phone switching off

I appreciate similar issues have probably been posted loads of times but my Sony Experia Z2 mobile keeps switching off and rebooting. Can someone guide me through a fix? Thanks Paul

Hi @marandina, sorry to hear about this.

Are you doing anything specific with the device when it's switching off and rebooting? For example, using a certain application or service?

A good place to start is to remove the SIM and/or SD card(s) from your device, since if either of them are defect, it can cause the device to restart.

You can also restart your device in safe mode and see if it continues to restart when downloaded applications aren't loaded.
