Phone stopped recognising OTG usb camera

Can anyone help here?

Android 7.1.1 endoscope camera doesn't work on my Z5 Compact anymore. It did a few months and a couple of udates back.

Phone doesn't recognise it. The endodscope works on laptop and pc.

Any known issues with OTG usb?
