phone keeps freezing then restarting

I have a Sony Xperia z3 and when I go on facebook and watch any kind of video from different people or website my phone freezes then restarts rhe phone please help anyone

Try Clearing the Facebook app data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the Facebook app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

I tried that and it's still doing it i don't see why it only happens when on facebook though

I have avg antivirus

Did you try Unistalling Facebook app, restarting your phone, then installing it again? You can do this from Setting -> Apps -> Facebook -> Uninstall

Uninstall the antivirus app > restart the phone > check again.

Iv tried all the suggestions and none work it's since I updated my phone it started happening

Repair your phone with PCC and check again
