My phone is only 11 months old and is in pristine condition. Put it on charge last night and now it isn't detecting the sim card. I have taken the card out several times to restart the phone and I inspected in when I removed it and it looks fine. This is the first problem I've had so please help me out asap as I need my phone for work

Does it detect other sim cards?
Get a PAYG for the same network to test if none available

Hi @Jambo87, I am very sorry to hear about that.

First I would recommend that you try what @Viridis suggested in trying a different SIM to see if the same occurs; in addition - does your device reboot when you eject the SIM while the device is turned on?

If you have the SIM inserted and go to Settings > About phone > Status > SIM status, does it say not available here for all the entries?
