Phone is heated

The phone with a low load is very hot around the camera, Xperia Z5, android 7.1.1. How can I solve this problem?

Телефон при не большой нагрузке очень сильно греется в районе камеры, Xperia Z5, андроид 7.1.1. Как можно решить данную проблему?

 same happens to my z5. bought it recently new off ebay. haven't found anything negatively impacting the phone so far. the upper area around the camera gets really hot but the battery area remains relatively cool.

To me this seems to be a design flaw with structural flex damaging the CPU and PMIC.

Back-up immediately as it will die. No real way to fix it.

Mine died completely last week, after a month of ocasional bootloop.
