Device was not at high as average temperature i.e.. 40 C..
Unfortunately Problem is been solved after pouring some water on it..
This seems pretty bad,it could damage your device at a high temperature.Have you tried booting in safe mode, see if the same occurs?

You know that pouring water on a hot material is not recommended, right? It could have a thermal reaction and make your phone crack.
device was not that much too high temperature although z1 has made up of glass i.e. silica,, so almost no change to having any reaction.. And also i was not having any other option..
Ok,but be careful from now on,it could overheat again.
what to do now...?? Sorry sir but u mean to say "PLZ DON'T CHARGE YOUR PHONE...??"
Only if i charged it in "stand by" also it gets heated....
No,I was telling you not to pour water on it again.I do not know, you are on kit kat, right?Try a software repair, see how it goes:

yes i am on 4.4 kitkat,, And glad to know that sony has made a update service.. Will it overcome all problm which ocurs with kitkat..??
I am not 100% sure, but you can give it a try.Not all the times the updates are installed correctly.Be careful that it will erase all the internal memory, save what you need.
