Not getting email notifications on Z5

Hi,

I've had my Z5 for a few months now and never had any issues with it until recently.

One day I just stopped getting email notifications both on the email app and the Gmail app too. I have to open the app and refresh to get the emails come through.

Is there any way of resorting back to having an email come through with a notification like a text message?

Settings > battery > stamina mode if it's on, this will explain the issue.

Stamina mode is set to never

Could you test it in >>> safe mode

I've tested it in safe mode and still have the same issue.

Settings > apps > look for both apps > clear data > restart the phone > check again.
