No voice during calls

I'm currently using Sony Xperia e 6633. The problem with that phone is that I can not hear any voice during calls. Can someone help me through this problem?  Thank you so much.

Settings > about phone > diagnostics > test > test ear speaker.

Hi @Zawzaw, welcome to our forum and I'm sorry to hear about this.

Is this something that has started to occur very recently, for example after updating your device or installing a new application?

As @uliwooly wrote, a good place to start is to test the ear speaker in your device outside of a call. You can also try and enable the loudspeaker during a call, or connect a headset and check if you are able to hear the counterpart during a call that way.
