No sound when loudspeaker activated during call with 5.1.1 23.4.A.0.546 R6C

Hi,

I just received my z3c from repair (camera issue). Since then, when I activate loudspeaker during call there is no sound at all. The diagnostic test on the z3c is working properly.  I suppose this sw related so but is this issue known by others?

@Z3jjj - I would try booting in Safe Mode to see if the issue continues: 

To enable Safe mode

• While the phone is on, press and hold down the power key. 
• In the pop up window, touch and hold Power off until the Reboot to safe mode message appears. 
• Tap OK to reboot in safe mode.

I tried it but without success. Same issue.

In this case I would advise trying a firmware repair:

1. Download the PC Companion software from http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/pc-companion/

and install it on your PC.

2. Install and open PC Companion then select Support Zone.

3. Phone Software Update.

4. Start.

5. Repair Phone

6. Continue

7. Accept data removal

8. Next

9. Wait for prepare

10. Select Phone

11. Follow the connection steps

I have tried the headset and it did not working properly.
Thus, my z3c nées to go back to repair...:-(
