The sim card comes from your operator, contact them to arrange a new card.

Does the phone display any messages with this sim card inserted?

I myself would try a different sim to see if it is the card or the reader that has an issue.

Hi all, I have a Sony Z5 and it's not receiving any signal at all. I've tried the sim in other phones and it works fine, also when I insert the sim it recognises that's it's been inserted but I still don't get any signal. I've also tried doing a software repair but still not luck
