No more USB OTG on Z3Compact with lollipop

Hi.
Since I've upgrade my Z3Compact to lollipop, l've got no more access to USB OTG.
Test done with 2 USB sticks, 2 cables.
Working on a friend's Z3Compact still under KitKat with those sticks and cables.
Connexion is not detected by the device.

Logitech USB mouse - works fine

MHL output using Sony IM750 - works fine.

So try to repair your phone. If it still not works try another cable. If everything else fails try Service Center.

Hi Sergio, thanks for that but repairing my phone doesn't the problem. When i clicked on your name i saw that you intervened on many topics. Curiously some of these highlight some similar issues with the Z1 and the Z1 compact. People report that they have no more otg when they upgrade their phone to lollipop. Like always Sony support don't bother in giving me answers, they just ask me to send my phone to repair. But if this is a software issue it's just a loss of time. Did anyone sent back his phone to support ? What was th cause of this issue ?

Without any answer from Sony, phone sent to repair by my carrier yesterday.
I bought another Z3Compact, without any problem with OTG...

Today i received my phone from service center guess what they did...

A software repair ! And they sent it back ! Of course otg and mhl still don't work. Thank you sony ! I think i won't buy any product from you anymore.

Thar's it no more sony for me: they sent it back simlocked so i can't even call with my phone !

Back from carrier, software update only, usb OTG still don't work...
I have to bring it back to the carrier...

As they can't repair it, my carrier propose me an exchange. I'm waiting for my new Z3Compact!

Don't work on my z3c too. Never work to be honest! Mhl works fine...

As Sony doesn't repair theirs devices in France, the carrier send it to an electronic service, as many brands.
I had to send it 5 times!
They have change some parts inside, new IMEI, and break the body. They have change it, but the device wasn't waterproof anymore (test with pressure sensor...
At the end, the carrier finally change the phone.
I have a white one now, with working usb OTG...
