I just upgraded from a Moto G 4G to this Z3 compact. Cut down my micro sim to nano and put my sim in and no data. Phone and text work and everything is great on wifi. Went thru troubleshooting with ATT support with no luck. They said they were refering the case to the "network team" but I've heard nothing back in nearly 48 hours. I tried sim in my brother's Moto X which also uses nano and it works fine .
Ok, I found the solution thanks to this forum! Had to be on wifi and then Settings>more>internet settings>download internet settings. Whew, had me worried for a couple days! that ATT support doesn't know these things.
