Net browzer does not work

Each time I try to open a new tab while iam using another one in background it doesn't attach to the Web. I try to open big and trusted pages like Hotmail

Could I ask you for some more information regarding this? It would help me a lot in the way that I can offer you some troubleshooting!

First things first, which browser are you using, and is it consistent across different browser? In addition, do I understand you correctly in that new pages don't load when you already have a tab in the background, if not, what do you mean by does not attach to the web? 

If you have not done so already, could you try clearing data for the specific browser which you are using? It will reset all the apps data, so please note that information such as history, bookmarks and other data may be lost depending on browser. To clear data, go to Settings > Apps > The app name > Storage > Clear data. Could you now try to see if the same persists? If you are using the Chrome browser, try to see if the same persists while in safe mode as well if you have the opportunity to do so.
