Hello. I'm having trouble that my z3c won't charge at all by using micro usb. But it can be charge by magnetic charger. How to solve this problem. It's happening suddenly or right after i washed it under water but it still works well only problem with charging by micro usb.

It's not wire problem because using the same micro usb can charge my other xperia tablets. Can it be that the micro usb is broken?

If the phone had any physical damage water could've leaked in, contact your Local support and request a vacuum test.

Did you make sure all the port covers were firmly shut and did you open all the ports and let the phone dry throughly for a few hours before attempting to charge it?

Yes. The cover is completely closed. I used it underwater for more than 10 min i think. It's impossible if the cover is not firmly closed it still operating well.

About the second question, i don't really sure. Will it be wet if the cover is closed well and firm?

But once about the night after i swim(at morning) when i power off the phone. It can be charged by micro usb after about 30 minutes connected to the charger and few minutes after it it started to charge. and i just like wow, and glad and is it still rework? But unfortunately i started to power on the phone to use it and the phone are not being charged after it even it's connected to the charger.

I tried to power off it again to charge it. But until this moment it can't be charged by micro usb. Only with magnetic charger.
