My z2 phone mic may low sound.nomally when i call all of them complain they can't hear me, 

Next problem is power button doesn't work but if I swited off, then press on power button.. Now working.. Only doesn't work on power of and other functions use it

Are you experiencing mic issues with the camera app or phonecalls?

As for the power button, you will need to get it inspected/repaired by your local support

I've got nearly the same problem. The other person I'm talking to, can't hear me, or hears only parts of what I'm saying. Is there any proper solution or do I have to buy the new Samsung mobile? 😉
