My Xperia Z5 - Software Problems

Hey Guys ! 

Phone : Z5 Dual

Software : 7.1.1

My Xperia Z5 started behaving very unusual from past few days. 

1 - My fingerprint scanner responds very late. 

2 - My apps get crashed very often, in mid of the use. The messaging app does not work every time I access it.

3 - My phone screen goes blank while I am on a phone call and after that too. There is no way for me to disconnect a phone. 

Kindly suggest me the solution, and please tell If I go back to the previous verision, 7.0 ot 6.0, will it fix the issue?

Hi there!

I'm sorry you are experiencing problems with your Xperia.

1 - Try re-recording your fingerprint through the phone's security settings. This usually helps.

2 - The messaging app is a known problem. I think all users have it. The only fix found for now is to uninstall Chrome updates. Beleieve it or not, apparently this had something to do with the stock messaging app.

3 - The screen goes blank because of the proximity sensor. Try by cleaning the upper right side of the phone's front glass. The sensor on my Z5 is also very sensitive. If you have a protection sheet applied on the screen that might also cause this kind of behaviour.

My headphones doesn't work after software update 7.1.1 

- my headphone is sony and I've tried another headphones still not working

- my jack & socket is working ( I found it by a test I'd done .. )

- I'm using app ( soundabout ) at this moment but I'm going be crazy man ..

- I checked all steps in this support to fix it and it doesn't work
