Hi everyone!
I tried to find another question like this to help me, but I didn't find it. So, I have had my Sony Xperia Z3 for a month and it always worked well, I didn't have any problems. I've never dropped it. About an hour ago, the screen went black while I was checking something on the phone. At first I thought the battery ran out, but turns out I have plenty of battery and the phone is on charger now. Then I realised that phone works just fine, it rings when someone calls me, when there are some notifications you can hear a sound too. I can even set volume. Just the screen is black all the time.
Anyone had this problem? Do you know how can I fix it?
Thanks.

Sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/
Has the phone been in contact with water? Either way.you need to contact your local Xperia Care mate
No, never. Guess I'll have to
Any other solutions? Please
Have you tried a reboot - press volume up and power until you feel 3 quick vibrations then power on your device if that fails then I'm sorry to hear this but you would need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and have your device inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

@Thommo is that like a restart or reset? Sorry, I'm not really into tech
I don't want to lose my data because I've already lost it on the previous phone and I wouldn't like to have to start it all again.
It's a way to turn your device off so some would say it's a soft reset but no data is lost or removed
I tried it, but unfortunately it didn't help. But thank you so much for giving me an advice.
