My Touchscreen Doesn't Working After Waterproof Try

Hello,

My Xperia Z phone's touchscreen doesnt work now since i tried waterproof feature.

Just simply I congested some water (10-15 cm depth) and put it there.In adverts,people throw it to pool,wash it and nothing happens but on me it did.

I saw steam(vapour) inside the phone on camera lenses.Normally it shouldnt be right? I can say I closed all covers.

Sony always advertise like this phone has waterproof but my phone's touch screen doesnt work now.I'm waiting my phone's battery over because i also cant close my phone on my own.

Is there any solutions?

Open all the covers/flaps > look for white rectangles > if you see pink or red that's were the water got in, the Xperia Z it is water resistant, not water proof, but this is only if all the flaps are firmly closed. 

1st open all the flaps > leave your phone on a bowl with rice or a fabric filled with rice for 1 or 2 days > if that doesn't work then 

2nd take it to a Sony repair cener and request a vacuum test.

i opened and looked.Headset and SDCart entrances are fine,its white.

When i looked charger's cover,there are just some red dots.Not much.very less,very very.

I put it on bowl of rice now.Lets hope it works,

But what if it doesnt? Warranty still available?

Warranty doesn't cover this, I think i will if you request a vacuum test and the issue was that the flaps/covers aren't working properly

Okay,i'll contact with a Sony Service,is there any deadline? I mean,this issue happened like 2 hours ago,is it needed to contact them tomorrow ?

Also,if i got right,you say you say you will if problem is because of flaps/covers right?

In Turkish forums,they say it will cost 1400 Turkish Lira while phone's cost is 1800...

Make sure to remove the SIM and SD cards
