my phone automatically shut down when I make a call

My Xperia z c6602 automatically shutdown at some times when I make a call, And some times don't automatically shutdown.
I make hard reset from the software, also I flash another roms but the problem is present at all of them.

The problem occurred after one week from the sudden drop from my hand.

The problem was solved.
By replacing the battery by a new one.

After searching for the problem, I find that when lithium ion batteries are heated to a certain limit the reactions in the battery stops automatically when a heavy load occur on the battery by voltage rapid drainage due to call.

I think when the phone opened, service center use excess of temperature to separate back cover from glue so the temperature increased in battery, this process is irreversible and battery must be changed, however actually it's in a healthy and excellent state.

When i make call my phone switches off automatically, and if i use phone normal use such as messaging, camera etc, it will not swiches off, replaced battery with new one but still issue exist. Can any one tell me how to fix it?

This is happened due to battery problem,when the phone is over loaded the battery temperature would increase very high as u make a call but some accasion it wll  turn on by itself, to prove it. Just turn off ur other sim and memory if u are using more than one sim card, then make a call to see weather it would turn off or not, if the problem stop just change ur battery, otherwise reduce ur apps and to free the space it wll  help
