Since buying this phone new last year (Jan 2016 ) I have had nothing but issues with it- wireless turns itself on ( I rarely use wireless so i have turned off all the time and only turned on when I need it ) so racks up bills without me knowing (!!) ,camera freezes , issues with transfering photos onto Macbook, never recognises fingerprint authentication , whole phone freezes , phone will turn on varying things like bluetooth/ flashlight/ airplane mode by itself , phone will change sound level of ringtone by itself, loads photos from my messages which I do not want when I plug into my Macbook or from Messages, shows incorrect Data usage which I never set up( have only very small data account and phone shows much higher!) , loads of issues using camera ( including surprisingly poor zoom compared to other cameras on mobile phones ) . Overall seems to me there is something very wrong with this WHITE Z5 Compact. Information on the phone itself says its still under Warrenty ( 7 /3 /18 ). Been ready to throw it across a room on numerous ocassions. Its a dud . Worried I am going to lose all my photos, contacts, messages suddently! Had Sony or S/E phones always . PLEASE HELP.
