Multiple Issues in Xperia Z3

Hi , 

Recently i bought Xperia z3 but facing multiple issues. Can anyone help.

1. Battery draining fast. Within minutes of charging it to 100%, it reduces to 95 % and lower. tried multiple solutions for power consumption and uninstalled facebook, messenger apps which were consuming more battery but to no avail.

(Had posted question in this forum under My Support but no replies till today)

2. Have configured my official email in phone but it does not sync on a real time basis. Have to manually open the application and keep on refreshing , wait for 10-15 minutes to get all my emails. Sometime multiple times have to refresh.

3. Events/Meetings/Appointments do not appear as calendar entry. This used to reflect correctly for first 2-3 days. Post that it does not appear. I keep on loosing events and emails. No notification alerts pop up or appear in lock screen.

4. Notifications/Mail alerts/Missed call/messages do not appear in lock screen. Have to unlock the phone to view it. 

5. While viewing certain videos, it is asking for flash plugin. installed flv player but still the issue persists. 

Request someone to kindly help.

1.Battery drain is related to what you are using and to any apps that are running in the background.Usually task killers and antivirus reduce battery life.

2.You can set the inbox check frequency to every 5 minutes or so.

3.I am not sure about this so I won't answer.

4.Notifications won't show up in the lock screen,you need a special app for that.

5.Android does not support flash player.
