Mobile does not boot anymore

Hallo Support,

ich habe ein Problem mit meinem Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. Meine Handy bootet nicht mehr. man sieht noch wie es anfängt hochzufahren und dann bleibt man die ganze Zeit im Bootbildschirm stehen und kann nichts machen. Deshalb wollte ich fragen ob es möglich ist mein Gerät von außen ohne das es an ist es auf werkeinstellungen zurück zusetzen.

I'm sorry to hear this.

You can try to force reset your device by pressing and holding the volume up and on/off key simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. Then try to power on your device as normal again.

I would also recommend that you temporarily remove any SIM and SD card you have in your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior.
