Why my mobile data is not working even i have load for data Internet...even in my Facebook it will just appear no internet connection. My phone is very useless if i cant use mobile Internet in it.

Do you have the correct APN settings? Data on ?

Hi @Panyang01, sorry to hear about this.

Does this only occur in the Facebook application or is it the same in other applications, such as Chrome?

I would recommend that you start with downloading the Internet settings in your device, these are needed for the device to be able to access Internet using mobile data. To do that, go to Settings > More > Internet settings > Accept. Wait for them to be downloaded and installed and then restart your device.

If you still can't access the Internet using mobile data, make sure that you have not run out of data or if you can borrow a SIM card from a colleague, friend or family member and see if you are able to access the Internet using mobile data with their SIM card.
