mm#6 phone not allowed

After getting the screen replaced on my z3 I am now getting the mm6 error message and there is no network data available. In the sim status service state it is voice- out of service and data: in service. O2 say there are no blocks on my phone. The sim works in other phones. Any ideas?

Could you test a different SIM with your phone?

This seems to be something that O2 has to fix or contact your local Sony Xperia support.

Ive tried a different sim and its the same. Defo seems like its blocked however o2 r adamant its not

You should contact Sony directly

Turns out it was o2 all along. After numerous phone calls and being told all was fine their side, today they found there was a block. Now my phone finally works thank everyone 🙂

Yet another example of a network that doesn't want to acknowledge the problem its on their side, I'm glad that its working now

Just weird that they could look at my account so many times and say it was all clear only for the lady today to see within minutes that there was a block!! Sooo happy I have my phone sorted thanx 🙂
