Magnetic Charging

The magnetic charging port of my Z3 Compact has come loose. When I take it out of the charging dock, the port sticks out like 3-4 mm of the Device. Charging it by that port, has become difficult too, you have to fiddel with it, otherwise it will allways start and stop charging.

I'm from Germany, and my Guarantee is still valid.

I would like to know if that Issue falls under ist before I send it in?
