Bonjour j'ai acheté un Sony z5 spectre 007 sur le bon coin, j'ai un soucis avec le haut parleur et microphone du téléphone.  Le téléphone et garanti jusqu'au 03/02/2018. Est se que la garantie fonctionne même si le téléphone et pas à mon nom ? 

Hello I bought a Sony Z5 Spectrum 007 on the right corner, I have a problem with the speaker phone and microphone. The telephone and guaranteed until 03/02/2018. Does the guarantee work even if the phone and not my name?
