Leaving Z3 in Charging Dock...Good or Bad?

I just bought Sony charger dock and wonder if I leave my phone on it will damage battery if for long time or while it's already full?

I can advise that no harm will come to the handset leaving the device on charge even after it reaches 100%.

It won't harm your phone but will dicrease your battery life, you'll notice after a few months

It´s probably like all other batteries I experienced ... don´t charge before its needed ... that will spare the batterylife ... but who needs a longlife battery ... there is soon a galaxy S6
