Last update inconveniances

Well, my Xperia Z2 foto it's update last week, I guess it's to the new lollipop firmware.

And although I don't even care for the new styling (I liked the old one better) I can get use to that.
But there are a few things that are really not an improvement.

Where in the last version it was pretty easy to select silent and vibration mode by pulling down the top of the screen.
Now I can't figure out how to select vibrate notification anymore.

I can't close all the open apps at one time anymore where there was a button for that in the last version
And I can't close my browser Window anymore.

Any of you experienced the same?

Tap your volume button then at the top select silent, normal or priority

I've already tried that and silent seems to imply that there will be no notifications wat so ever...

Any idea how to close a chrome browser Window?
In the old version you could simply drag the Window down from the top and it would become smaller and it could be closed with the cross in the richt upper corner...

Tap the cross on the open tab(s) or tap recent apps and swipe it away

Well, finally found out how to get the vibrate mode again, but it not an improvement if you ask me...

You have to select normal and slide the volume all the way down and then it goes to vibrate mode...
