Lag and battery

I am using a Z5 and after the update of 7.0 certain TV shows and movies have started lagging .the RAM is 3 GB and that shouldn't have happened. Also, something is wrong with my battery. Whenever I connect a charger, it would either not increase the charge or decrease it. Also ,the phone battery has started draining very fast and I think because battery issues. I stay in Mumbai, India .

Do you have your phone updated? Since the last update for Z5 is Android version 7.1.1, i recomend you to conect your device into Xperia Companion to see if the software is available.

If you updated recently, the phone will performem slow in the first days due to background process, to settle everything down since this is a new android version. If the problem persists, i recomend you to boot into safe mode to check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having. 

Please, let me know how it goes  

If that doesn´t help, i recomend you to perform a Software Repair using Xperia Companion. Please note that by doing so, all your data will be erased! (not the one present on an sd-card).

I have the battery draining problem caused by BLUETOOTH after going to 7.1.1

check the Battery comsumption at Setting/Battery, click on the battery Level and battery estimated time icon, see if you have Bluetooth as the NO.1 in the list.

I have this problem and i turn it OFF ( bluetooth). Back back to normal but i can't leave Bluetooth turn on. 

Its a bug and i dont think it wil be fixed. 

Not to say, I am really angry.

Feel neglected, not investing another Sony anymore.
