Keyboard buttons l,k,o,p,j and backspace now and then does not respond when typing on my z3

I'm sorry to hear this.

Is it only on a specific spot the touch isn't working like it should? Could you test your touch in the diagnostics app to see how it works there. To do so, go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Touchscreen.

I also recommend that you reboot your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.
