Keep getting a message that device useg has stopped working

My phone is currently unable to be used,  whatever i do, whatever app i open i get a message that the device usage has stopped working.  I dont know what actually does the device usage do because after pressing Ok i can do what i want for another 5 minutes to get the mesage. It's really annoying when playing a game,  writing posts on Facebook,  message.

Have you rooted the phone?

unlocked the bootloader?

disable or uninstall apps/services?

You might have to repair your phone with PCC

No i didn't, my last installed app was AVG cleaner wich was a advertised app from xperia loung.

uninstall it > restart the phone > report back

Thanks i didn't think about that app because i downloaded it a week ago and the problem started yesterday,  but anyways thanks fpr help
