Issue with headset mic

Hi, 

I've upgraded to the latest build number yesterday (23.4.A.0.570) after that when I initiate a call, my head set Mic does not work (Sony MDR-XB50) but no issue when someone else is calling me. 

I've checked with different headsets, the same problem exists. 

Using voice recordeing programs and also my phone diagnostic tools, I've tested the headset's Mic and it works fine. 

Please advise, as this issue is very annoying because I use this phone + head set to go over a lots of conference calls each day.
