When the phone turns on, the initial screen does not load, but the status bar above works, and you can even turn it off in the standard way. However, you can not go anywhere else on the initial screen. I put a new firmware, the problem was solved. But after the phone was restarted, the problem returned.

Hi @Penetrator,

I'm sorry to hear this. When you say that you put new firmware in your device are you referring to that you have performed a software repair using Xperia Companion? If not I would recommend that you try that.

I also recommend that you temporarily remove any SIM or SD card from your device to see if they may be causing this behavior.
