Hi, I've sent a request through to support yesterday but have not even had an email response to say that it has been received. My Xperia Z3 just updated to the latest Android version (6.0.1) and either that or something else around that time has limited my internal storage to 16GB, but it's a 32GB model.
I've searched the web for answers and other phones are having the same issues, including the Google Nexus (5?) and the LG (something something) - the solutions seem to only be flashing back to a stock image? So... I don't want to void my Warranty, and have tried Factory Resetting the phone itself (Twice) and sitting through the Software Repair in Xperia Compainon (3 Times) but still have the problem unresolved???
Does anyone have any ideas before I launch a Warranty Request or crack up completely?

Hi @DJWard, welcome to our community!
Before you updated your device to latest available software, did you have 32 GB internal storage if you checked in Settings > Storage?
Based on the information that I have available the only Xperia Z3 version that has 32 GB internal storage (Flash memory) is the model with model number D6616, D6603/D6643/D6653/D6633 all have 16 GB internal storage (Flash memory).
You can find more information regarding this in the specifications for the Xperia Z3.
If you had 32 GB internal storage before you updated your device, would you be so kind to get back to me with your IMEI number in a PM? You can find the IMEI number in Settings > About phone > Status > IMEI-information.
Thanks in advance!
I really can't argue with that evidence, but I swear it had 32GB previously? Now I'm second guessing myself, I hope im not imagining things...
Hi again!
Please see my reply in the PM that I sent you!
