incorrect pin code

yesterday, i changed my screen lock from pattern to pin code, it was successful. However, upon checking this morning i found out that my pin code was not accepted as i was prompted that my pin was incorrect, im FURIOUS coz i couldn't have wrong pin because it is the same pin code of my personal bank atm account. How on earth could that posibly happen? Was it malfunctioned somewhere? I've visited this site but i didnt get ANY useful help yet and i hope i can get one or else il just ditch this no good phone and try other brand. tsk

I am very sorry to hear about your situation. In order to remove the PIN from your phone you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
