Incoming call tone problem

Hi, I can not hear the tone of my phone and it is difficult to know how to solve this. My version of Android is 7.1 nougat. Please someone help me find a solution

Hello and thanks for responding. The problem appeared when I updated it to the latest version of Android for my phone. I lost the ring tones installed by default on my phone and when I choose an mp3 tone it does not work

Please hope you can help me solve this problem and share it for all users of Sony phones

Are the ringtones/mp3 on the internal storage or an SD card?
