Impossible to read Sony's film offer

Hello  everybody here !!!

Thursday, I just received my Xperia Z2 and I saw that Sony offers 6 films for the buyers ... but I've got a problem ...

I just used the code and used Video Unlimited app for reading these but when I choose "Download" he get a XPD file and when I "click" on it, it says "impossible to open the file".I tried many times but always the same problem.

I use Video Unlimited on my PS4 and on it, I can watch these films but it's impossible on my Xperia Z2 by using the same app ...

Someone can help me ?
Is there something I did bad ?

It might be something,it could be that kit kat does not allow 3rd party apps to move to SD.Maybe that user you were talking about on another forum might have rooted the phone.

"my solution" worked for me . no root,no unlocked bootloader,...just the firmware it was delivered with.

using sandisk 32gb microsdhc, class 4 card. no issues.

what you can try maybe, "repair" the z2 with pc companion, and give it a new try.

(be aware ALL personal DATA will be lost during process)

had to use repair function with pc companion already,since i had a little wlan issue.

you can give it a try, i dont know any other/further tips i can give you.

No, always same problem even with an update @17.1.1.A.0.402 from SFR (my phone operator) but other Z2 owners with other operators with the same update don't have problems ...

That's totaly insane this history ...
