how to disable HDCP check in z3 dual?

Hello,
I can't trow anything (only walkman, films, ...) from mobile to smart tv, it says that the tv was have not hdcp,
But I try with other devices (like Zte), it works.
So, can I disable that function? (HDCP)
Thank you

As far as I know, Sony stock formware doesn't have an option to disable HDCP checking, you have 3 possible solutions:

- Use a fully compliant HDCP mirroring device, I suggest Chromcast dongle so you don't have to trade your TV.

- Use a custom ROM that allows disabling HDCP check, I reckon Cyanogen Mod does allow this in Developers Settings.

- Change your TV to a fully compliant HDCP one.

I saw on the same forum a statement from Xperia Support Member that they know about this problem since Kitkat, and he said that a workaround will be released with Lollipop. But apparently this didn't happen:

It's as Quester says.

Just to clarify regarding my post here, Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter does support HDCP but it's not fully compliant with the specification for HDCP 2.2. This caused an issue for the connection with our phones. What we did was that we made a workaround for that so that it's now working with 5.0.2. But if your TV doesn't support HDCP you will only be able to mirror our preinstalled apps such as Album and Walkman.

Thanks for the response,
Yes, I  also waited for the update, I thought that in "lollipop" will be more flexible
As far as the "cyanogenmod": there are not for "Z3 dual".

Let's hope that will soon be 5.1 for us, and at least will be opportunity to disable scanning of HDCP.

and I  don't want to change my TV (Phillips 8008)

The most easy and least expensive solution is probably the first suggestion from Quester, a Chromecast.

Being able to turn off HDCP is something that we have forwarded as feedback but as i understand it, it's required by some content providers.
