Hi @sanjaykumar,

You can register your device with the IMEI number on mysupport.sonymobile.com and you will be able to see your warranty status.

You can also contact your Local support team and they can check this for you, or send me a private message with your IMEI number and I can check it for you! Slightly_smiling_Face

Let me know if that helps! Slightly_smiling_Face

@hiudkny

perhaps you should contact Sony directly >>> Local support

Hi @hiudkny, congratulations on your new Xperia XA1 Slightly_smiling_Face

What kind of account are you signed in to at our website? Is it a Google, Facebook or Sony Xperia account?

Make sure that the IMEI number is correct and that you don't have any "-" between the digits. The IMEI is 15 digits long and starts with 35.

If you still can't add your device on your account, please follow the recommendation given by @uliwooly.

Let us know how it went!

Go to sertinfScreenshot_20171002-010309.png

 Go to settings and just below the About Phone you can see SUPPORT. Click that. Then you must see till when your warranty will be

You may check for free on IMEI.info

Hi @BR10, that also works.

However the best thing to do is contacting your Local support team and ask how long the warranty is in your market. For example if they say it's 24 months, check the proof of purchase for the date when the device was bought as this is always the decisive factor when it comes to warranty, if it's not older than 24 months, the warranty is still valid.
