I have a Bluetooth headset connected to the mobile phone. When I answer a phone call the screen unlocks (not good! As then happens pocketyping)
How can I keep the screen locked?
I have already tried by setting a pattern or a pin.
The headset is not set as trusted device.
Thanks
@Fabio7656 Remove the trusted device from your bluetooth settings (forget the device). Let us know how it goes.
Does not help.
I already tried that before.
This time I also tried to unpair Bluetooth device.
And to add / remove device in trusted list (setting, lock screen and security, smart lock, trusted devices)
Each time shutting down phone with power+volume up to empty cache.
In previous attempts I did without restarting system.
Anyhow, I still have the problem. I spent hours trying and trying.
Also the safe mode did not help.
Is there any possibility to see some log files ?
@Fabio7 Do you have smart call handling enabled? You could grab some log files and share them.
no, it was not enabled.
However I just tried to enable / disable.
It does not help.
log files:
Android/data/com.sonymobile.android.files
is empty.
Maybe some other locations ?
To capture a bug report, do this:
1. Go to Settings > About phone > Build number, tap 7 times on the build number.
2. Go back and select Developer options then turn on "USB debugging".
3. Select Logger buffer size and change it to "4 M"
4. Restart your phone, then replicate the issue
5. Go back to Settings > Developer options, select "Take bug report" followed by "Interactive bug report".
When the report is ready you will receive a notification. Tap the notification to share it. I suggest you upload it to Google Drive and then choose to share a public link to the upload and include the link in the PM.
