Wi-Fi calling will be something that you must talk to your network provider about.

Some carriers will disable it for certain devices on the network, or only make it available to certain customers.

You may be able to setup your own SIP calling (Session initiated protocol) I like to call it: Secure IP telephony, because you can add so much more to it to avoid things... which is why some carriers limit the ability on their network
