How do i remove the pin lock/unlock function?

I had to set a pin code on my phone for security in order to read work emails on my phone (Z2). I've recently changed jobs and want to remove the pin code function to unlock the phone and just go back to the old swipe to unlock. I know the pin, I just don't know how to disable that function.

Any ideas?

Hi @Evobaz, welcome to our forum!

To remove the screen lock on your phone and set it to swipe, go to Settings > Security > Screen lock.

You will now have to enter your current screen lock PIN and then you have the option to choose freely from the different screen lock options, such as Swipe.

If you don't have the option to change to Swipe, go to Settings > Security > Clear credentials then try and change the screen lock to Swipe.
