This did not fix the issue for me. I have even sent my phone to repair about the issue. Every Z2 I have used have this issue (around 5 phones). The lag varies by the amount of apps and which apps you have running at the moment. It is not _Really_ fixable by factory reset. I have done it to my phone three (3) times and one warranty repair and no change.
