I forgot my pin code and i don't remember the account I don't know what to do.

Hi @Tr11, never fun to be locked out of your own device. Slightly_frowning_Face

Do you remember if you had the myXperia service activated in your device? If so, you may try sending a new code to your device through the Online service located at https://myxperia.sonymobile.com. If you forgot which account you may have activated it on, I suggest trying your usual Google account (or try to remember which Google account you had in your device).

Once logged in, choose your device and then Lock, now enter a new PIN. I suggest that you also enter a message so that you can see when the new PIN has been sent to your device. Once the PIN has been sent (the message you chose is visible on the display), try unlocking your device.

Did that help? If you still are unable to unlock the device or if myXperia was not activated, then I'm afraid that I can only suggest that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion, but doing so will erase all locally stored data - and if myXperia was activated this will trigger a lock down which in turn forces you to login using the Google account which was setup in the device.
