Grey stripes in the display have only screen bright

I couldn't find any icon in grey tool bar.i have only  contrast icon to change the light of screen.

No Bluetooth icon for on and off.

No wi-fi icon

Nothing!!!!

I don't know what happen!!!!

could you post a screenshot of the issue as it seems a bit confusing? 

you can pull down the notification bar > (twice) > look for the edit (pencil) icon > you should be able to add other shortcuts if that's the issue.
